Refund policy
EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
We only accept non-faulty returns. The product must be unused and in perfect condition, with its undamaged original packaging.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The goods must be returned to the address given by the Seller (provided in e-mail after withdraw request) without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty (30) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were defective upon receipt. If this is the case, please follow the return instructions for defective goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The shipping cost is non-refundable, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping cost.
The payment transaction fee is non-refundable, the refunded amount will be reduced by the transaction fee.
Goods that were defective upon arrival may be returned within the fourteen-day withdrawal period free of charge.
Information on returning goods from countries outside the European Union
For returns from countries outside the European Union, you additionally bear the cost of any fees, such as customs duties in particular. The aforementioned costs will be offset against the payment you have already made and the resulting difference will be refunded via the original payment method.
If you are located outside the EU, please keep the original export declaration (shipping paperwork) in case you decide to return a product; you may qualify to receive a refund on import duties paid.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kodairacing.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products or gift cards.
KODAI Racing does not accept liability for any damage caused by incorrect usage.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We also recommend the item is well packaged as any damage caused by the courier or postal service you have used is not our responsibility.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (excluding shipping charges) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
