Import Charges

We are located and shipping from the UK. Shipping to any country not in the UK is subject to import duties and taxes required by your country for importing consumer goods from the UK. 

Please note you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duty, import tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.

Please make sure you are aware of these before ordering.  If you decide not to pay costs required by your customs, we cannot issue any refunds.

UK Shipping

Orders sent in the UK are dispatched via fully tracked courier service (DPD or Royail Mail). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and you will receive tracking details via email once the product is with the courier.  Estimated delivery time is usually within 1-3 working days.

International Shipping

Orders to destinations outside the United Kingdom are dispatched via fully tracked courier services (DPD or Royal Mail). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and you will receive tracking details via email once the product is with the courier.

Delivery timescales are estimates as provided by the shipping company and are only a guide.  We have no control over delays with customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
